Warranty Against Defects

Seller warrants its products to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions stated as follow.

The products should only be use in the way that it is intended to be and the Seller does not warrant against any defects or damages cause by natural wear and tear, improper handling and storage of the products. Failure cause by malpractice, misuse, negligence, modification, tampering, alteration and installed by unauthorized person or attachment to any unapproved accessories.

Warranty will also be void if buyer is not using correct method of installation, or overloading and exceeding the permitted limits in accordance toInternational Approved Accreditation.

The seller shall not be liable for damages to the loss of ‘property, equipment loss of revenue and profit, loss of use of equipment, data, facility, cost of replacament power or temporary equipment, cost of reinstatement/restoration or any consequential damages in the unlikely event of failure in our products.

This warranty is provide by KABELTEC ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD under the term and conditions stated above.
