Suitable where damages of high property values and people have to be prevented, e.g. in schools, hotels, hospitals, tunnels etc. Due to the function retention and the reduced formation of toxic gases this cable ensures that in case of fire lighting, ventilation, emergency power supply etc. will operate. Suitable for fixed installation in dry rooms and outdoor but not in the earth ground or water.

CONSTRUCTION:

  • Flame-retardant acc. IEC 60332-1-2
  • Core insulation made of halogen-free polymer according to VDE 207
  • Core marking coloured in accordance to VDE 0293
  • Earth conductor green/yellow
  • Cores twisted together
  • Outer sheath halogen-free Polymer, orange
  • Bending radius 15 x Ø

TESTS:

    • Fire test according to VDE 0472 part 804 test C, IEC 60332-3 and HD 405.3
    • Corrosiveness of combustion gases (freedom from halogen) according to VDE 0472 part 813 IEC 60754-2 HD602
    • Halogen-free as per VDE 0472 part 815 and IEC 60754-1
    • Burning behaviour according to VDE 0472 part 816 test C, IEC 61034-1/61034-2, HD 606 and BS 7622
    • Insulation integrity according to VDE 0472 part 814 » IEC 60331
    • Functionality of the complete cable system according to DIN 4102 part 12 (90 min.)
